Pink Product Review
If you like to clean then these products are for you. The newest product I have found recently is a cleaning product called Pink, this product is really awesome. This pink stuff is really hard on dirt, but safe to use just about everywhere. This formula of the pink stuff is non toxic and safe.
You can find the cleaning paste for about $6 for a nearly 18-ounce container, and most of the more than 55,000 reviews rave about its ability to remove limescale around sinks, erase stubborn stains on glass stove tops, and make greasy ovens look like new.
What is The Pink stuff best for?
The cleaning paste is ideal for almost every surface. It cleans dirt, stains and grime from stovetops, sinks, ceramic tiles, showers, paintwork, brass, rust, outdoor furniture, PVC, ovens, cookware and more.
Abrasive cleaners can damage certain surfaces. The Pink Stuff could scratch the shiny finishes of stainless steel kitchen appliances, plated metals, enamel, and finished flooring. “Avoid using it on anything that is delicate or anything that can be easily scored or scratched,”
Where is the pink stuff made?
THE PINK STUFF products are manufactured by Star Brands in Redditch, England.
Star Brands offers a whole line of The Pink Stuff cleaning products—including a multipurpose cleaner, a bathroom foam cleaner, a disinfectant cleaner, a window cleaner, and laundry detergent. We are concentrating on the pink stuff paste.
Like other mildly abrasive cleaners, The Pink Stuff is intended to remove heavy-duty dirt and grime buildup with relatively little effort. Abrasive cleaners come in a few forms, the most common being powder, liquid, and paste. No one form is better than any other because each has advantages, and each works differently on varying surfaces, according to Brandon.
The Pink Stuff’s tacky, toothpaste-like consistency makes it a good choice for cleaning vertical surfaces, such as the sides of an oven or shower tiles.
“You want a cleaner to really stick on the surface so the soap can do its thing,” Pleshek said. “There’s no cleaner I’ve ever found that you can spray on a surface and simply wipe the dirt away. That’s not realistic. You’ve got to give it time to let it do its thing to loosen the dirt and grime.”
As the name suggests, The Pink Stuff is indeed a bright, cotton-candy pink, which is odd for a household cleaning product—typically, professional cleaners steer clear of products treated with dye. “Dyes mean staining,” said Pleshek. “You see something that’s really really pink, and you think you shouldn’t use it on things that are white, which can stain easily.” The Pink Stuff, however, doesn’t stain. In fact, it’s quite good at restoring white sneakers to their former glory and wiping baseboards clean.
How it works
The Pink Stuff is a paste cleaner. You apply it to surfaces using a soft cloth or sponge and, after rubbing it over the stained part of the surface, it can be rinsed off with cold water. To complete the cleaning process, you’ll then need to polish the surface with a clean, dry cloth.
.It is ideal for removing rust and discoloration from metal surfaces and banishing stubborn marks from hard surfaces. But the list of potential uses is endless, from saucepans to barbecues and tiles.
Good Housekeeping Review ofthe Pink Paste
Our verdict
This product was easy to apply, just as the instructions suggest. It performed brilliantly, removing dirt and marks from all the surfaces that we tried it out on.
It did seem to leave a thin film on surfaces, which some people may be less keen on, and compared to cleaning sprays it’s slightly messier to use. However, this is an effective multi-purpose cleaner that works well on a range of surfaces, which means you won’t have to buy as many different cleaning products in the future. Which I think is great, how many 1/2 bottles of different cleaners do you have under your kitchen sink?
